Not sure I understand why you say this. <br /><br />If Southampton drop into the Conference (Blue Square Premier) then that League has one team too many and Division One is one short. <br /><br />The most obvious solution would be for the 21st placed team in Division One and the 23rd placed team in Division Two to be reprieved.
