On the whole results in League One last night went Charlton's way. Nigel Adkins saw Ipswich Town defeated 3-0 at AFC Wimbledon. Sunderland lost 2-1 at Wigan. Portsmouth could only manage 0-0 draw at Crewe. Doncaster's slump in form continued with a 0-3 defeat at home to rampant Burton Albion. Blackpool's run faltered with a 0-0 home draw against Accrington Stanley who have also seen the wind go out of their sails.
Lincoln City won 4-0 at home against MK Dons and Gobby's Oxford United won 4-1. After their 6-0 win at Crewe last Saturday, they are ahead of us on goal difference but we are still just three points off a play off place.
However, we have two games in hand on Oxford and one on Portsmouth. Given our current form, that is worth something.
