I am not as hard on Fox as the miserable young Bloke Behind Me, but then he calls Vetokele 'useless'. Fox tries hard and there have been some signs of improvement as he gets more match experience. I would still favour a fit Wiggins, although he has never seemed as good as in the past since his bouts of injury. I do find it difficult to see Fox as a Premiership player, even in a bench warming capacity.
Of course, there was reported to be interest from Ipswich before Christmas but Fox never got in the seat of a tractor.

This looks like a story promoted by an agent trying to promote one of his/her players. I think Fox has improved and grown in confidence during the season. There has been an unreasonable amount of critisism of him from some supporters, and its to his credit that he has played through this and continued to improve. However, if there was a good offer from a prem team, his departure wouldn't concern me too much. If the club need some transfer cash, i would prefer this to come from the sale of Fox rather than Cousins or Gomez, but being realistic, it will be easier to hold on to Fox.

What scouts look for is potential & anyone who has seen Fox in the junior sides would acknowledge that he does have it. A naturally attacking, two-footed player, he is also a useful dead ball taker.
He really should have been blooded when Wiggins & Evina were injured a few seasons back, but we opted to bring Southampton's left-footed centre-back, Dan Seaborne, instead.
Under Peeters, Fox's attacking instincts were curbed & it is only recently we have seen him move forward more frequently.
Chelmsford born, Fox was with Ipswich before joining Charlton's academy. The Tractor Boys have kept tabs on him & they had him earmarked as a possible replacement for Tyrone Mings, if Mings' rumoured move to Arsenal had come to fruition in January.
He's not yet shown enough to suggest he could cut it at PL level but some left-backs - Pearce, Powell & Baines for example - were relatively late developers.
