Makienok was a goal scoring success at Brondby, but found it difficult to adjust to the style of Italian football. He turned down possible moves to Palace and Fulham in January.
Given his 6ft. 7 ins. height, it may be necessary to raise the height of the entrance to the pitch from the tunnel to stop him bumping his head!

The official club site has now confirmed that Makienok has signed on a one year loan.
