Pitch announcer Brian Cole has insisted that The Valley pitch was not waterlogged when it was inspected by the referee at 2 pm today. The postponed match has been rearranged for Tuesday and Brian will have to make an evening journey from Portsea Island.
Charlton have slipped back to 7th on goal difference after Sunderland drew 2-2 at home with Gillingham. Gobby's Oxford United are now just three points behind with games in hand.
Doncaster won four in a row with a 1-0 win at Lincoln, but Omar Bogle did not even feature on the bench. Hull managed to win 1-0 against Swindon, but Peterborough went down 2-0 to Shropshire's finest (and I don't mean T'Pau).
If you bought a streaming pass it will still be valid on Tuesday. Apparently there was some good banter this afternoon with Johnnie Robinson, but I went to watch three former Charlton players on BBC1 in the West Bromwich Albion v Fulham game. Ademola Lookman still looks very tasty, but charm merchant Karlan Grant fluffed a last minute chance to score for the Baggies.
