Leeds United not ready to throw in the towel

Leeds United have experienced four straight defeats, but manager Neil Redfearn insists that they are not ready to throw in the towel and head for the beach, as he tries to straighten out their metaphors as well as their play: Leeds United

Johnnie Jackson is heading back to fitness for Charlton, but I unlikely to feature. Joe Gomez is likely to return to the defence after being rested midweek.

Leeds meanwhile have been hit by injury worries with six players ruled out: Injury hit squad

The earlier meeting this season ended as a 2-2 draw at Elland Road in November. Leeds have won only one of the last eight meetings. Their only win since 2003 was 4-2 at The Valley in November last season. Leeds have won five of the last seven meetings at The Valley, losing two.

Charlton are three places ahead of Leeds in the Championship table. Following their run of draws, they have fallen back to 8th in the form table. Leeds are 16th.

Odds are: Charlton 11/10, Draw 12/5, Leeds 12/5.
