Rumours have been circulating that Reza Ghoochannejhad is to be sold, or has already been sold, possibly to a club in the Middle East. I can't find any backing for these rumours. That is not to say that it won't happen, but usually it is possible to track down some kind of source, even if it is of dubious reliability. Of course, if it is a Middle Eastern club, the usual sources may not work.
There were reports at the beginning of the month that he was to be sold to Blackpool, to be reunited with José Riga, but the Seasiders have not managed to sign anyone.

It all seems to based around Reza not being involved in pre-season. I would have thought playing in the world cup would explain his late arrival.

Reza'a family is Europe. A move to the Middle East would be a surprise, though if the money is good, its possible. Flights from Doha and Qatar to Europe and both are plentiful and comfortable.

Todays rumours are driven by a tweet last night from Bikeys account "Can't believe razer is off" however it could well be a fake account.

What i have heard is that he only joined charlton to get match fit for the world cup and heading towards the dubai leagues being set up makes sence hes iranian so prob want be near his family on world cup performance how much u reckon we get for him i say around 2.3m
