Hastings: I'm taking a few days holiday in a Charlton support area and I'm not up to speed but I note that Lex Dominus have been granted an appeal against the refusal to grant a long-term injunction against Panorama Magic.
Rick Everitt has commented: 'Charlton are NOT getting kicked out of the EFL in September because of this, but there must now be a chance the appeal will be granted and a sale blocked until late November. It’s a court-sponsored invitation for Lex Dominus to chase a ransom payment.'
It now looks as if the appeal hearing will be on October 17th.
