Further hold up in takeover

The latest twist in the complex takeover saga is that Charlton cannot be sold until 4 pm on September 9th as the judge has allowed Paul Elliot seven days to appeal against Tuesday's ruling: https://www.bbc.co.uk/sport/football/54003094

They have used a precedent set in the family court which Lauren Kramer said did not relate to this case, unfortunately whilst the judge in part agreed  he gave the temporary injunction.

CAS Trust think it is unlikely that leave to appeal will be granted:https://www.castrust.org/2020/09/judge-pearce-rules-seven-day-injunction/

According to off.the.pitch.com Thomas Sandgaard says that he has been approached by Derby County for a buyout and also by a Bundesliga Division 2 club.
