Harte has a change of heart

We understand that Ian Harte has had a change of heart and will not be signing a two month contract at Charlton after all.

We should not be relying on players out of contract and loan players returning from injury, however talented. Having signed players like Fleetwood, why not try them out? Or if they are not good enough for the Championship, why did we sign them in the first place?

We need a smaller squad, fewer loan players and a team that gets used to playing with each other. Fortunately, I am going to see such a team tonight: Leamington.

Totally agree
This is where the Board need to be firm with Pardew .
We've got Varney (2.5m), Mcleod ( 1.5m) Bouazza ( 3m value) Fleetwood ( 250k ) Dickson ( presumably c250k ) and Todorov ( free but expensive wages) so I'll tell you what lets ditch this lot with a combined cost/value of £7.5m and lets play an 18 year old who looked good in an FA Youth Cup match once .........defies belief doesn't it .
Work with what youve got . Its the midfield we need help not up front !!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

I can't help feeling Pards has lost the plot. apparently the last 2 games we've looked better having played Samedo back in the middle of midfield. (where he was last season when we were 2nd in the table). Why start chopping and changing again before the team can gel.

Is bringing in some 18 year old really going to boost our own strikers confidence no end ? Which is what they need plus a bit of service.

I never thought i'd say this but the tinker manhas got to go

Board must be down in the dumps. There loans to the club are at Bank Rate plus 3 1/2 per cent.doubt if you will find that on the High Street

Pardoo is clueless.
Its a dominant midfield presence that is needed.
No more loans , the morale of @Charlton' players must be badky affected.
Why the hell didn;t he stick with the winning linwe up we had against Reading.
