I don't give much credence to reports linking Lyle Taylor with Brentford as a Maupay replacement. However, Richard Cawley of the SLP thinks there is substance to it. It would be a sideways move, although under Roland anything is possible. He will sell anything except the club.
One report states that Charlton are looking for a fee of £3m. Apparently, Taylor is not training today and one report says he has been seen at Brentford.
