VOTV has learned that an emergency senior management meeting was called at Charlton this afternoon on Zoom to discuss developments. A source has suggested that Roland Duchatelet’s point man Lieven De Turck was involved in it, and this now appears to have been confirmed.

Rick Everitt notes, 'This ties up with the claim that the EFL wrote to Duchatelet about the embargo, although that remains very odd.'
