Rumours have been circulating that Charlton's chief executive CEO Katrien Meire had been sacked or at least had given up post. These were based on a Charlton fan accessing the records at Companies House and seeing that she has been removed from one of her group directorships.
It now seems that this is based on a correctly completed form to that effect having been submitted maliciously to Companies House, presumably by a disaffected Charlton supporter.
The club is taking the matter seriously and has started an investigation: Investigation
