Celtic check out Kermorgant

Celtic boss Neil Lennon made the long journey down to Oxford on Tuesday night to check out Yann Kermorgant: Kermorgant

No doubt he was impressed with what he saw and with just six months left on his contract he would not be an expensive option. However, he is only one of a number of strike options that Celtic are checking out and Charlton would be reluctant to let him go. Richard Cawley of the SLP has tweeted that Kermorgant wants to be reassured about Chris Powell's future before he discusses his own situation.

Apparently Lennon was also checking out Michael Morrison, but Kermorgant was his main focus.

Agree. See we signed third player Koc from Liege. Feeder club is what we are, Belgian ain't gonna spend any money and Murray is a disgrace.

Confirmed on Sky just now, I wonder if Chris Powell wanted any of these three Liege players we have on loan now?
This will all end in tears, once you start imposing players and breaking up team spirit there is normally only one outcome.
Murray is amazing sits back and watches while TJ and Slater decimate squad by not spending or offering contracts and then joins in with this debacle of lets play Championship manager by Duchalet or is it him playing too?

Well considering we are 4th from bottom right now, surly any loan players from a top club will give the team a boast? And for the great team spirit? Well powell has already worked with one of the loan players at leicester, and i read that koc followed charlton when he was young, and we have players like stephens a first team regular that wants to leave in every transfer window, im sure thats not great for team spirit. You all got to remember we are a championship side, we have massive potential, why would our new owners just want us to be a feeder club for a belgian side, when he could potentially own a premier league team.

Needs to sign some players who make an impact before I believe him. With Murray advising him better watch out he doesn't blow his cash , let's not forget last time he was in charge we lost £35mn of equity and wrote off £15mn in directors loans after 7 years of Premier League money
