Poyet upset over treatment

Diego Poyet is upset at his treatment at Charlton since his return on loan. He feels he has not been given the game time he was promised: Disappointed

He hasn't featured as much as I had expected but, on the other hand, he has been a shadow of the game changing player who left us last year. It shows the risks of going to a bigger club.

Like Scott Parker before him DP may wish to reflect upon the fact that his move to WHU was premature and stymied his progress. Only difference being that when Scott Parker departed CAFC was a well run club whereas DP may have had good reason to leave Roly's basketcase.

Our young talent should reflect on this...

He like may other players and owners think they are bigger and better than anyone such is the money sloshing around in the game these days. Money talks but Mr Poyet as with Mr Parker could have really been something special. We decided Poyet was our player of the season after just 20 odd games and in gratitude he decided to leave! No sympathy for Poyet, he will live and learn. from that mistake. The evidence on the field this season is he is certainly not the player who left us last year. He has become just anther all too common mercenary puppet in the hands of the greedy Agents who are killing the game

We are going down like a slowly sinking ship, we are all angry and currently our aspersions look bleak but the spirit of who and what we are as a club of supporters will never be broken no matter what happens. Well will stabilise and we will be back soon!

Well said Stuart McRae ! DP might well have to repent at leisure whilst being a financially well rewarded serial bench warmer. You have to earn your place in the team. I also find the practice of "guarantees" of playing time to loan players questionable.
