Phil Parkinson has swooped for attacking midfielder Bally Smart and he can be included in the squad against Bournemouth tomorrow. The South African U20 international was a scholar at Norwich and has been on trial with the Addicks.
Cardiff City claim to have settled all their football debts, including presumably the £500,000 they owed us.
