Basey has trial fitting for kilt

The attraction of the kilt seems to be growing for former Addicks players these days with Darren Randolph signing for Motherwell. Now out-of-contract left back Grant Basey is to have a trial for Aberdeen.

Aberdeen's ground is so closely to the North Sea that a kilt would offer you little protection in the winter. But perhaps the granite city will suit Grant. Let's hope he gets a decent offer because Scotland's oil capital is an expensive place to live.

He's probably only gone there for the golf courses and the fishing.
