It's all hotting up on the transfer front with Charlton being rumoured to be about to offer a two year contract to former Cardiff City striker Warren Feeney: Feeney
Feeney was let go by the cash strapped Bluebirds at the end of last season. The Gasheads are also in the race and have beaten us to one signing, while Carlisle are trying to tempt him up to the bright lights of the border town.
Feeney was born in Belfast and is said to come from a footballing family. He has been round the houses at Bournemouth, Stockport and Luton so might slot in well at a League 1 club: Feeney
This would seem to make it more likely that Deon Burton is on his way.
