'We're doomed' says Killer

Derek Hales fears that Charlton are doomed to be relegated and is particularly critical of the over use of loan players: Killer

Have been saying that since Pardew brought in all the loanees. It is a crap system that should completely revised. I totally agree, get rid of them all, get our loaned out players back and get us out of the bottom 3 for good. Thats why we need a complete new approach from a new management team. No offence to Parky but you need to get the hell out of SE7. Bcaddick.

He's absolutely right . Its like the emperor's new clothes , we all see the bloody obvious , but nobody really says anything. I would get rid of them all & play existing full time contracted players. None of the loanees have contributed anything other poor performances , which I'm sure we could have got without their help
Part of the problem is the crowd . We tend to give forward players eg Lisbie , Mcleod , Varney, Lita too much stick . I would persist with Mcleod . I know he looks shocking , but he is fast and his goalscoring record is good . They should give him a run and tell him to ignore the crowd

The system has its place eg. Scott Carson (Player of the Year), Jorge Costa and I thought Alex Song had a go for us. But when the process is over-used/abused by a Lazy/incompetent manager and endorsed by a Board who does not seem to know any better the result is - well - right in our faces. No team spirit.
I didn't like it when Pardew had his cast of thousands and I still don't like the 'vibe' (or lack of) with the current set up. Like bcaddick, I want to see a completely fresh approach to how our Team is managed. For me, it starts by heeding Killer's words.

Just wanted to add that the loan system has got bloody silly when your 'own' player can play against you -like a local park make-up game.
