Charlton goalkeeper Darren Randolph has gone on a year's loan to League 1 side Hereford United. He spent two months on loan at League 2 Bury at the end of last season. Should Nicky Weaver be unavailable, Elliott will presumably step into the breach.

I hope there is a recall clause in this deal! If Weaver gets injured (or fatter) We'll look pretty silly with one untried goalie!
